At first, what appealed to me was the fact that I could simply copy and paste a code. I mean, how much easier can you get? In the end, there was nothing I liked about this product.
They advertise a lot, but deliver very little. if you need a feature that they do not offer on their very basic dashboard (which I assure you, offers very little customizability), they'll charge you. They wanted $100 to increase maximum letter input from 45. FORTY-FIVE. You could post a sentence or two before you were limited Asking to increase this, they asked for $100! When I told them that the product, for various reasons, didn't fit my needs, they clung to their $30 and refused to offer a refund. Very greedy. Awful customer service. Do not purchase unless you like throwing away your money.
I used it to build my customer base. My customers hated the program, and I lost more than I gained by using it.
To anyone reading this, here’s the full story. The user had a free trial of a paid plan before making the purchase. He knew what the product offered. He then inquired about having an extra feature enabled, which we put a price on. The user didn’t agree to it, got angry, made an unfounded refund claim which was denied as having no ground, which in turn resulted in this biased review. The entire situation has nothing to do with greed.
it do not work with wix websites. the installation directions needs a review
Hi Gen Bousal, we appreciate the feedback, however, saying "it doesn't work with WIX" isn't accurate, as it actually does, as evidenced by multiple such sites using the widget. As far as I rememeber, there was an issue specific to your website, and not all WIX sites.
