  • Social Media Integration: It combines all user's social media accounts into a unified contact book & inbox.

  • Email: Users can have multiple different email accounts synced with Nimble and can view them all at once or each account separately. Sending emails from any of those accounts is as easy as selecting from a drop down.

  • Tags: Contacts can be based on categories such as ‘influencer’, ‘prospect’, ‘previous client’, ‘job title’, ‘industry’, ‘keep an eye on’, ‘synergy partner’ or whatever new list user wants to create.

  • History: All emails and social engagement are saved in Nimble contact records.

  • Notes: Nimble allows its users to take notes inside a contact and time stamps it with date and time.

  • Deals: Users can manage active deals and view won and lost deals. Inside each deal there is a view to related notes and gain intelligence on each contact that may be involved in that particular deal.

What do you like about Nimble?

The database can be segmented in many ways but tags are the most powerful. Adding a tag to a contact record enables that contact to belong to that group you need. Any Contact can belong to multiple groups. Using Nimble's widget means that if you see a Contact mentioned online or you receive an email from a Contact, you can simply hit "add to Nimble". But in the process, you can build a complete record such as the name, address, phone number, email, website etc.

What do you dislike about Nimble?

I like most of things in that product. It is a great organization in your hand. But usability of whole system could be improved in my opinion

What have you been using it for and what problems did Nimble solve?

We all use Nimble at StoryMiners to stay in touch with clients, find new prospects, and to stay abreast of what matters in our industry and to our clients.
