What do you like about Really Simple Systems?

What makes RSS special is the way the customer support is so personal and the fact that they always go the extra mile in terms of making quite sure that your query has been resolved. In terms of functionality RSS provides everything we need at an affordable price. We don't use all of its capabilities but it's nice to know we can extend our usage as our requirements change without having to switch systems.

What do you dislike about Really Simple Systems?

Not much! We're still using the old interface, which is not always as intuitive as it might be. But we're going to be shortly upgrading to the latest version of the product so I'm hopeful that it will be easier to get to grips with. That said, this is only a minor gripe and as with so many software systems, once you know what you're doing, it all works fine.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Really Simple Systems solve?

The catalyst for getting started with RSS was when we went from having one sales person to having two. It was immediately essential for each person to have visibility over everything, whilst still being able to manage their own activities. RSS met that reqyuirememt and also made us more efficient in terms of managing our sales activities.

What do you like about Really Simple Systems?

It is a comprehensive system. I like the updated sales part. It is now easier to navigate and better on the eye.

Support is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. They are also in the main very quick to respond.

What do you dislike about Really Simple Systems?

The lack of training video's. The video's cover the bare basics and they need to go into more depth. If topics are not covered by video then the scripts are often to difficult to follow or again don't go into enough depth. Support takes on some of the work better video's could do.
The marketing part is in development and it is very much needed to be updated.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Really Simple Systems solve?

Full CRM functionality - sales and marketing although not every feature is in our current package. It serves it's purpose for what a CRM system should do for our processes.
