The Data Backbone Google Apps and Gmail Was Missing

What do you like about Streak?

Streak is for the truly persnickety person who needs to know their data is all where it should be and access is granted only to the right people. It's so much more than a CRM. You can build logical function into your "Streaks" to help you realize and visualize your data. Every member on your teams has a different view of the same contact. Why not tailor their vision to what makes them most productive.

I can't think of anything I do not store in my Streak databases. Searching is as easy as searching Gmail. A separate bar on the top of the page will show you all matching records as well as any email correspondence.

It gets better. Email campaigns are sent one at a time no matter how big your list is. You can put a personal not into a few emails or all of them prior to sending them out. Your clients will feel like you are talking to only them on every campaign.

Hold on, still getting better. Thanks to connection like Zapier, Streak became the backbone I needed in Google Apps and Gmail. All data collected from my Wordpress sites, online forms and social media forms all filter via Zapier to Streak. Once in Streak, the proper sales people or agents are alerted to their task.
There is no waiting for information to be disseminated through the ranks. Everyone is aware at once.
With the phone apps for IOS and Android, there is no excuse not to be on top of your game with your clients.

Finally, the report functions keeps you and your team aware of bright spots in their work and trouble areas to be corrected. This is real time. Customer contact, closing deals, prospecting, and more are all recorded.

It's the ultimate tool for any sales team. It's easy to set up. It's easy to set rights for the users. It's easy to creates complex reporting functions and logic in the fields. The is a low learning curve for your users making it a simple tool to implement across your company.

What do you dislike about Streak?

None. The developers are super responsive. Any issues I had a re fixed in the newer versions. I have been a Streak devotee for years and have enjoyed every new iteration of the software.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Streak solve?

My biggest issue solved by Streak was sharing information with large teams but being able to hide certain records. The second issue solved by Streak was collection of data in a way that made sense to the entire team without painstakingly arranging it for each group. It's instant.
