Zoho SalesIQ is a website visitor tracking and live chat software for small to large organizations that helps to improve customer engagement on your site and identify sales opportunities. The software provides detailed visitor information, such as location, site behavior, and new or returning visitors, that can be used to identify hot prospects and proactively engage them in chat at the most optimal time.

You can personalize chat sessions with Zoho SalesIQ's customizable chat widget, automatic language translation, and the ability for users to select which agent they would like to speak to. Create pre-defined rules and set up 'hot prospect' notifications to be sent to agents when visitors complete certain actions on your site.

Zoho SalesIQ integrates with Zoho CRM to track and record lead and prospect information. Chat sessions can be automatically converted into contact or lead records in the CRM and you can assign follow up actions without leaving the chat window. Alerts can also be sent to sales staff in Zoho CRM when identified hot prospect return to your site.

The customer engagement app can be used to monitor KPIs around visitor activity, as well as agent performance, through prebuilt reports and performance monitoring stats. Supervisors can use Zoho SalesIQ to co-browse with agents as they chat to prospects and provide coaching with live feedback.

I love it but it's over priced


What do you like about Zoho SalesIQ?

Sales IQ allows you to chat with website visitors. But it also allows you to see the names of the people who are on your website. It does it b/c it works in zoho crm and mailchimp to add cookies on peoples computers and when they visit your site you can see their zoho CRM profile (so you can see if they are a customer or a prospect etc.).
That's been good for me b/c I'm able to see who's interested and then give them a cold call at the right time. Also, if someone starts a chat with you and they are not in your crm already, you can push them to your crm via the chat. So that's cool.

What do you dislike about Zoho SalesIQ?

I think it's kinda expensive. It's about $60/mo. While it does more than chat its still pretty high. also, it seems that the identity of users is best tracked via zoho crm forms but we don't like the forms that much b/c they are not as dynamic as something like jotforms or gravity forms etc. for example, zoho forms don't allow you do if/then logic. But if I use another form tool then the cookies are not tracked. So it's a trade off

What do you like about Zoho SalesIQ?

Sales IQ is pretty rad. here's what I like about it:
1. It's a chat program. you can transfer the chat to another team member or even another dept.
2. If it's support, you can send the chat transcript as a ticket to zoho desk
3. If it's sales, you can covert the person chatting to a lead/contact/opportunity in zoho crm.
4. if the person is already in your CRM, you'll know b/c their info will appear next to their name as you chat with them
5. if you've sent them marketing emails via zoho campaigns, you'll see that info as you chat with them

What do you dislike about Zoho SalesIQ?

You have to pay for it and it's kinda expensive. Also, the settings are difficult to navigate.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Zoho SalesIQ solve?

Being able to convert chats to crm entries is a big one. Also, being able to tie back people I'm chatting with to contacts already in my crm saves me loads of time.
