Businesses can add one or more locations to the platform and begin requesting and collecting reviews from customers immediately. If a customer provides positive feedback, the Max Feedback system automatically sends a follow-up message asking the customer to review the business on the selected review sites. If a customer provides negative feedback, the appropriate contact at the business is immediately notified so that he or she can take action to remedy the situation.

Businesses can choose between two platform options, the online dashboard only or the online dashboard with the addition of a custom Max Feedback tablet. The tablet option is ideal for businesses who serve customers in a brick and mortar location, as the tablet can be displayed in-store to collect customer contact information at the point of service.

Max Feedback is designed to be very easy to use and enables business owners to request and manage reviews from multiple review sites through one central dashboard. This platform helps businesses capture customer feedback, get people talking about their business online, gain more reviews, and, ultimately, turn their customers into online ambassadors for their business.
