What do you like about TeamViewer?

I like TeamViewer because is very popular and easy to use with customers that require remote support and we don't have a remote agent install on their machines. It is the ideal solutions for ad-hoc IT support. It is free for personal use. I also like the Management Console and the fact that now Teamviewer is moving in the direction of an RMM product offering anti-malware protection, backup and monitoring capabilities with ITbrian.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

It is a bit expensive compared to other product on the market and probably not a lot of people out there are familiar with ITbrain.

What have you been using it for and what problems did TeamViewer solve?

I have been using TeamViewer at work to provide quick ad-hos support and for personal use to access my home desktop PC. Also installed TeamViewer on my mum laptop for whenever she requires IT help.

What do you like about TeamViewer?

What I like about TeamViewer is that it gives me good accessibility to be able to communicate with my coworkers through remote access. I have also used it in conferences and it has been excellent, it is very fast and easy to use. I like it a lot because it is a very complete software in remote access and we use it on many occasions because it is efficient for work meetings. The platform in general is quite good and well designed.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

What I do not like about TeamViewer is the transfer of files because it is very slow and sometimes the files are not sent and that is quite stubborn because I have to send them again. As for the prices I think are high and not so accessible for people, I think if they innovate a more affordable payment plan would be much better.

What have you been using it for and what problems did TeamViewer solve?

With TeamViewer I have obtained multiple benefits in terms of time and accessibility is quite good and effective. It has provided a great variety of functions for my company and has contributed successfully in the organizational form of my work team, currently in my work area and my work team we are very happy with the results we are having at the company level, TeamViewer has been a resounding success.

What do you like about TeamViewer?

I like TeamViewer because its composition as a platform is quite accurate, it provides all the characteristics that it promises to its users, the technical support for the resolution of doubts also responds in a fast and effective way, they answer all the doubts that arise in the TeamViewer implementation journey. When using TeamViewer I feel very comfortable, I feel that I am using a secure platform where my personal information will be kept secure and my files will always be kept safe, security is one of the reasons why I continue to choose TeamViewer in my company. It should be noted that this platform gives me better results day after day, and provides conference stability at all times.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

There are several things that I do not like about TeamViewer, such as:

- Poor quality presented on mobile devices. When a remote access is made through the cell phone, it is very complicated to manage it, so I would recommend that TeamViewer is only available for Tablets and computers.

- File transfer is poor. This feature is one that I do not use in the platform, since it has thrown me very bad results since I implemented it in my company, the files are not sent correctly and when they are sent, they often arrive without information.

- TeamViewer presents a failure in the profile photo upload for the user account, so, uploading a new profile photo is a complicated task, in many cases it stops loading until you have to try 5 times to get up one Photo.

What have you been using it for and what problems did TeamViewer solve?

I have been using TeamViewer for more than 2 years as an implementation in my company, and without realizing it I have had really amazing results, with TeamViewer I have been able to contact my colleagues more quickly, I have contacted them via conference, I have been given the opportunity to make a remote support with this platform and it has been a satisfactory experience, TeamViewer is currently being a trend in my company, providing really favorable results. The return of investment (ROI) of TeamViewer in my company, has been satisfactory, obtaining a range of + 300% in 2 years of use.

What do you like about TeamViewer?

TeamViewer I like it because it is a very complete software in terms of remote access because it allows you to obtain information quickly and easily. We use the program a lot in meetings and conferences to get more information from all the co-workers who are not present.

What do you like about TeamViewer?

One of the best things that TeamViewer has is its interface, because we can access it just by pressing a short amount of buttons, and we will be navigating on its platform, it is very easy to manage its interface because each factor is very well organized, As it is the conferences or a remote access, we can access them without complications or any difficulty

The video quality that TeamViewer possesses is quite nice, it does not matter if you own a computer with low resources or an internet with little broadband connection, the connection that you will have will be quite light due to the resources that TeamViewer occupies in its use of band. Wide or computer, it's not much.

Each person on your computer, when opening the software, has a unique password, which is not the same as someone else's software, this password is quite beneficial because it protects our identity and only those who have access to it will have access to our computer.

What do you dislike about TeamViewer?

The prices that have TeamViewer plans are quite expensive, this prevents the program is used by companies with few financial resources, I would like to improve these prices in order to provide more variety of prices and that almost all companies can pay to access completely to all the functions that this software has.

Sometimes, the transfer of files is not successful, this program is not willing to send files in large quantities at once, when this process is performed the vast majority of files are lost in the course of shipping and does not end with success. I would like this program to offer its clients how to send several files at once without interruptions.

What have you been using it for and what problems did TeamViewer solve?

We use TeamViewer as a software with which we can do multiple fuctions at the same time. Our team is very large, composed of many people, the use of this software has changed the way of working for everyone, thus implementing a platform where we can send and receive files quickly while we can perform a remote access to apply solutions for any problem or talk about any occasion without the need to move from the workplace, all through a microphone, camera or chat. It is quite interesting that it provides so many solutions in a single platform, where you can access each of its factores quickly and without complications.
