Does Focal Review offer multi-user capability (e.g. teams)?

The software has the concept of Roles, where you can define multiple roles within the system and decide which users fall into which roles. You can fully define exactly what each role can do within the system - what access they have, what they can see/do. You can have unlimited number of users and they can be managed within the system. The system also handles Single Sign On to make managing the authentication side easier if clients already use that.

What are some applications Focal Review is commonly used in tandem with?

The system will work well with any existing HR back office system the client has, such as Oracle, Peoplesoft etc. Very often clients find main stream vendors offerings in the compensation/total rewards management area are not very configurable or flexible. So they use our software as a plug-in or add-on to their existing HR / employee management system.

What platforms does Focal Review support?

The system is cloud based, or can be hosted locally by the client if required. It needs nothing more than a web browser on the users machine in order to access and use the system. As it runs off a web browser it will also work on any machine, whether a windows / apple laptop or an android tablet etc.

The software is fully scale-able which means it is used by companies of 50 employees, right up to companies of 300,000 employees. The software is ideal for any company who needs the ability to manage employee`s performance, appraisal and total rewards in an on-line cloud based system. Typically our clients were using spreadsheets prior to our software and were finding it was becoming a very time consuming and difficult to manage process.
