Great for home and work use

(5/5)

What do you like about Keeper?

Keeper is one of the most useful application for me. Not only it's available for Windows platforms but also MacOS and linux systems. I'm using it in a home and at work. Extremely important is the fact that keeper ( instead of other applications this type ) has well prepared extensions for all major web browsers such as: firefox, chrome, opera etc. You can fill the form with just one click. The keeper desktop application offers you more features than for example keypass. You can easily group you passwords into folders and you one account for work and another one for home use. In addition there's no need to search for password generators each time we're adding another credentials, keeper offers a feature (also on web browser extensions) which generate new password for you. I definitely recommend this product.

What do you dislike about Keeper?

- a little bit too expensive
- very average mobile layout
- lack of an Opera extension
- limited time for relogging

Keeper is essential for my small business

(5/5) (Training Analyst at City of Salisbury, South Australia)

What do you like about Keeper?

The feature that I like best about Keeper is being able to access it anytime, anywhere from any device - at the time that I need it.

I've used it for both work and personal use and recommend it to all my customers.

- I only have to remember one password - it only takes me a second to access any site.
- I have the ability to copy and paste a password without exposing the password to others to see.
- Keeper has a browser extension that allows me to save new site logins and passwords automatically.
- I like that I can sort passwords into Subjects or Folders, which is easier for organisation

What do you dislike about Keeper?

I would prefer the ability to make sub-folders under the main folder headings, but that is not a show-stopper - more of a personal preference really.

I think the pricing is reasonable, however, I think the personal licence should include two devices instead of just one.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Keeper solve?

- I love that I can attach files to a record. Example of use: saving a login and password for an insurance site allows me to keep images of my possessions attached to that site.

- I use Keeper's random password generator when I am signing up to a new site. This is so handy as I don't have to spend ages finding a password that conforms to organisational complexity.

- Business use: I keep my website domain hosting details in Keeper. Create a record, enter the login and password but also attach notes to the record such as renewal dates, which credit card I used to renew, domain lookup information.... pretty much anything I need to know about renewing my domain is cut and pasted into this record for easy access.

- Personal use: As I am a tech support for my family and friends, I have a folder for Mum, one for Dad, one for Best Friend etc. As they are all technophobic, i keep their logins and passwords as a backup so if they forget, they can just call me and ask.

exceptionally useful for more than passwords

(5/5) (Senior Estimator at Performance POP)

What do you like about Keeper?

example: I have one bank that requires 10 different verification options depending on how I log in. with Keeper, I have a tidy place and simple format of my choosing on how to store them with confidence

What do you dislike about Keeper?

I have not found any other app that works better, I keep trying new apps and updated old apps, and still love my Keeper. The fingerprint sign in could be faster than the 2 seconds it now takes, however this may be my phone and not the app.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Keeper solve?

I really like being able to sign in with my fingerprint instead of password, , the auto fill feature speeds me thru sign in's

Really Amazing

(5/5) (Customer Service Representative at IBEX | Global)

What do you like about Keeper?

I love that keeper keeps all of my accounts, personal and business, safe. I love that I can connect all my devices to one account.

What do you dislike about Keeper?

With the amount that I have used the keeper app (about 1.8 years), I can't really say there is anything I dislike about the app except with the keeper keyboard when are wanting it to put in your password, it is a little tough to get it to let you go through your list instead of it choosing for you.

Password security sanity in a crazy online world.

(5/5) (Director of Facilities at Baugo Community Schools)

I'm the network administrator for a medium sized school system, and password security is absolutely essential. Keeper allows me to have unique, complex passwords for different systems and websites which makes my network more secure and my job a lot easier. Our infrastructure is largely built around Chrome-based devices, and the fact that I can access Keeper from any of them is invaluable. I'm also a big fan of the integration with the fingerprint reader on my Android phone. One touch and I can log into whatever site I need. The fact that Keeper also integrates with apps on the phone and not just websites is something that I use and appreciate on a daily basis.

There could be some refinement in a few areas, namely a dedicated wallet section to store payment information. I would also like to see fingerprint reader integration on devices like my laptop.

My only complaint would be that by default Keeper wants to remember my username. I use 2 factor authentication, so security is an obvious concern for me. Why would I want Keeper to remember my username? That needs to be changed. Overall, I am very happy with the product and will continue to use it over the other solutions out there.

Fantastic App to keep all of your important details/passwords/photos!

(5/5) (Director of Marketing and Business Development at Casa Vieja Lodge)

Love this app and have been using it for about 3 years. They recently added a feature to add secure photos into different folders, thus allowing me to take photos of my credit cards and securely store them for easier access on the go. Customer service has always been easy for me to deal with. Not much bad to say about this app. I've recommended it to just about everyone I know. It's my central storage system for my life! THANK YOU!

Can't be without Keeper

(5/5) (Fellowship Coordinator at Stanford University School of Medicine)

I love the Keeper app. I can't be without it. I work in the healthcare industry and we have multiple different passwords for things that I would never remember just off the top of my head. The system has gotten better over the years. It used to not be user friendly but with time it has become easy to input password info. I feel there is still a lot of items I don't even touch on the app and don't really know how useful it is. For my needs though, it is perfect. I can't be without it.

Exceptional Password Security and Easy to Use

(5/5) (Spiritual Director (Graduate Certificate) at Seeking the Spirit Within)

I have been using Keeper for many years. It allows me to easily have 16-20 (or more if I wanted) character passwords, unique for each website I use, and I only have one master password to remember to get in Keeper. The set-up is simple and intuitive, and it is easy to use across my laptop, tablet, and smart phone.

It has worked flawlessly for me for the 8+ years I have used it so I have never had to use customer service. I think that makes their customer service about as excellent as it can be!

I am currently in the process of changing and lengthening my passwords as a general security measure, and Keeper is making the transition simple and efficient. I wouldn't go online without it for either business or personal use.
