What do you like about Competera?

Our company collaborates with Competera from 2016. I am a new user of Competera repricing software. i like that I can rely on quality data to make a profitable repricing. I also appreciate that I can set more ambitious goals with help of repricing software.

What do you dislike about Competera?

Everything is working great with a product. I think, there is just one thing where Competera can upgrade. It will be great if I could get the automated notifications when the product matches are completed.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Competera solve?

My goals are (1) to optimize a pricing with automated repricing tool, (2) simplify my daily job with help of e-mail alert, (3) automate the renewal of assortment via API integration. After not so long utilization of the product I see I can achieve these goals in a short time.

What do you like about Competera?

There are two things I like the best in daily using of Competera. It’s a user-friendly interface. And it’s a great customer support team. The guys from support helped me to get a handle with the dashboard at the outset. And now they inform me about the product updates to be sure that I get the maximum from the product. Thanks for that!

And about the product. I’ve been using Price Management product for only a short time, but the results are already quite obvious. Now I can automatically manage the product categories much faster and precise. This converts into the profit of online store and good KPI’s performance. I’m pleased with the product.

What do you dislike about Competera?

Honestly, I can’t find any cases, which I dislike in the product. Now I’m fully satisfied user :)

What do you like about Competera?

We integrated to Competera to receive market insights about our competitors activities. Competera offers lightweight integration, actual and reliable data, good support, and information updates due to Elkor needs.Their method of collecting data did not cause an overload of our website, so we were able to work in a habitual flow.

What do you dislike about Competera?

I should mention, Competerais not the cheapest solution, but it worth to pay for quality of pricing platform and the services provided.

What have you been using it for and what problems did Competera solve?

Now we have more purchases in categories with product analogs towards our implacable competitor. The metrics on sales, stock turnover and margins increased in our store and I think the good pricing based on data is the reason.
