We've been using it in the company for a while and there's nothing to complain about! Simple, easy to use, some powerful features to speed up the newsletter process and it does great analytics of opens, click-throughs, industry averages, etc.

For a freemium service, you'd expect there to be noticeable feature gaps in a piece of software like MailChimp. Anything I've ever needed to do or measure is presented clearly in the free version, and the drag and drop nature of their templates is easy enough for anyone to use (with the option to write your own html code if you are comfortable doing so). Every email is fully responsive and mobile ready.
